Pumpkin for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner


Today’s Food Friday post is brought to you by the letter P. P is for Pumpkin. It seems that once October hits- people become insanely infatuated with everything pumpkin, and why wouldn’t they? It’s delicious AND seasonal AND healthy! So today I’ve decided to do a roundup of some amazing Pumpkin recipes that you can enjoy all day long. Is it possible to overdose on Pumpkin? I doubt it. You can never have too much pumpkin in my opinion……….

There are SO MANY pumpkin recipes currently on the internet, so it was hard to choose favorites. I tried here to go for ones that I thought were truly original. I could have never imagined all of the creative ways people are cooking with pumpkin!

Breakfast: Bruléed Pumpkin Oatmeal

Lunch: Roasted Pumpkin Quiche with Caramelized Onions, Gorgonzola and Sage

Snack: Pumpkin Energy Bites

Dinner: Pumpkin Lasagna with Italian Sausage and Sage

Dessert: Pumpkin Crème Brûlée
