Beautiful Life and Style

About Me

Well hello there! Thanks for stopping by my blog! I try to write my blog in a way to say a lot about me, my interests and passions, but in case you can’t get enough- here is a little more about me:

My life: I grew up in New York and attended school in Connecticut (yes- they border each other) I then attended college at Washington University in St. Louis, MO, met a great guy from California there, and we now date and live in Boston, MA in a tiny apartment with two kitties and lots of little fishies.

Day to Day: I am a structural engineer for a company that specializes in designing water treatment facilities. Usually the first thing people say when they meet me is “I’m shocked you are an engineer” -don’t be! Engineers can be fun and stylish people too!

Some other things about me: I love baking, scuba diving, travel, art galleries, fancy dinners, dressing up, playing the piano, and shopping- I especially love shopping for other people. Its sad but true that I never have enough time to do it all!

Travel: I want to go everywhere! Places I have traveled to: UK, Grand Cayman, Italy, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, France, Bahamas, and about 30 different states. On my dream list: Morocco, St. Barts, Turkey, Ukraine, Japan, Portugal and Spain

Quote I live by: “The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success”

It’s sad but true: Chocolate doesn’t really do it for me.

All of my friends: Help me grow to be a better person

Last meal on earth: My mom’s cooking followed up by Gummy Bears and Swedish Fish.

This reminds me of me :”Usually the first thing people say when they meet me is “I’m shocked you are an engineer” … When I say I am an architecture student, people are really shocked!! Have no idea what they have in mind when they hear “engineer” or “architect”…. 😀
Anyway, I am following you now and looking forward for your posts 🙂

    Best wishes,
    Nadia
